This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between kamlondon.com (“Seller”) and the individual or entity purchasing products through the website www.kamlondon.com (“Buyer”).

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of products purchased by the Buyer via the Seller’s website.

2. PARTIES’ RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS 2.1. The Buyer agrees to purchase and pay for the selected products under the terms stated in this Agreement. 2.2. The Seller is responsible for delivering the purchased products to the Buyer within the specified time frame and in accordance with applicable laws.
